I love the intimate nature of Elopements, so when I heard about Becca and David’s vision for their wedding ceremony at the Historic Brumby Hall and Gardens, I was very excited to get to document it for them. If you have ever been to Marietta Hotel and Conference Center, you know it’s a beautiful property, but what you many not know, is that tucked away on the side of the parking lot, is a little pathway that leads you to this gorgeous outdoor wedding ceremony site. With it just being their immediate family in attendance, they were all able to gather under the pavilion together as they said their “I do’s”. Becca’s dad not only walked her down the aisle, but also served as the officiant to marry them. The service was followed by a heartfelt toast from her grandfather, some yummy cake, and of course portraits of the bride and groom, and with their family. With no reception to rush off to, we had the luxury of exploring the gardens and taking pictures all the way up to sunset. Here are a few of my favorites from this charming summer elopement! I can’t wait for their party/reception that is happening later this week, to get some fun candid moments as they celebrate with the rest of their friends and family.
Becca and David- It was so great getting to spend time with you and your families! I hope you are having an amazing time in Italy, and can’t wait to celebrate with you again this coming weekend! -Bre
